Qualifications

• 5+ years’ BA experience or equivalent delivery experience across multiple substantial projects.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on BA in a busy transformation environment, bringing clarity and structure to shaping projects.
• Elicit requirements and run workshops to capture business needs.
• Analyse processes and map current/target state, identifying options and impacts.
• Bridge business and technology, asking the right questions and guiding technical teams.
