The role focuses on delivering high-quality bid documents for multi-million pound construction projects across Education, Industrial, Student Accommodation and Commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality winning proposal documents, including producing, coordinating and editing content.
• Manage the submissions process if required.
• Gather technical information from internal departments to compile high-quality bespoke solutions for clients.
• Participate in story boarding and development of strategic themes.
• Ensure proposals align with tender programme requirements and bid management standards.
• Proofread material and provide technical and commercial writing skills.
• Develop bespoke proposals and template answers for future bids.
• Build relationships with various business sector teams.
