Job summary

ASC Global is seeking a Senior Content & Thought Leadership Manager to build and lead our strategic content program from the ground up. This remote role focuses on turning complex tech insights into compelling narratives for engineers and procurement executives, with a strong emphasis on data-led thinking and executive storytelling.

You will shape two voices—our CEO and ASC Global—and drive a content program that links thought leadership to measurable pipeline impacts, while leading a small team

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in B2B content, editorial or thought leadership in a technical field.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strong interviewing and narrative-building skills with executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop two voices: CEO's personal LinkedIn and ASC Global's thought leadership.
• Interview internal experts and distill insights into publishable content.
• Track trends in AI, data centres, semiconductors, supply chain and related topics.
• Turn data into insights while protecting confidential information.
• Create content campaigns across LinkedIn, website, newsletters and other channels.
• Lead and mentor a junior content/social coordinator, coordinating freelancers.
