Transform9 is hiring an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own the AWS infrastructure behind a real-time health-tech platform. You will design and operate high-availability systems, implement IaC, and own observability and incident response.

The role emphasizes security, automation, and scalable delivery. You will collaborate with engineering to optimize performance, cost, and resilience, with a path toward expanding the SRE function as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred).
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Solid networking, security groups, load balancing, DNS understanding.
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Understanding of HIPAA infrastructure requirements.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure for a real-time, high-availability platform.
• Own CI/CD pipelines across all environments; automate deploys and rollbacks.
• Define and implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK).
• Monitor health, define SLOs/SLAs, build observability tooling.
• Lead incident resolution and drive post-mortems.
• Harden infrastructure for HIPAA compliance: encryption and access controls.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize performance, cost, and scalability.
• Grow SRE practice with runbooks and reliability reviews.
