Job summary

MAXTRAMAX is seeking an experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to design, build, train, and deploy advanced AI solutions for commercial, government, and security-focused applications. You will lead AI model development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes scalable architectures, DevSecOps practices, and cutting-edge AI technologies across Python, PyTorch, Azure AI, and related tools. Hybrid remote-work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AI and machine learning development experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI model development and deployment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient English in written and spoken form.
• Ability to work independently and in distributed international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and ML solutions.
• Build, train, validate, and optimize ML/DL models.
• Develop Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Create AI-driven automation, analytics, and decision-support solutions.
• Design scalable data pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
• Develop APIs and software integrations for AI applications.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct research and implement emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and architecture specifications.
• Support full SDLC using Agile and DevSecOps practices.
