Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Security Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Analyst to support its global security regulatory program. You will own delegated components of regulatory analysis, triage, and operationalization of global cybersecurity and telecom obligations (NIS 2, TSA UK, Singapore IMDA) under the SCRA Lead.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to map requirements to internal controls, develop regulator-ready artifacts, and drive process improvements in a remote-first, globally distributed

Qualifications

• Experience in security compliance, telecom compliance, regulatory affairs, GRC.
• Ability to map regulatory requirements to control frameworks and technical implementations.
• Strong written communication and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support global security regulatory strategy and program design.
• Interpret complex regulatory frameworks and provide structured outputs.
• Maintain regulatory repositories and ensure audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements and automation in the SCRA program.
• Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Security, Product, Sales, and Risk teams.
