Job summary

Paradigm Tech is seeking an experienced Security Architect to deliver security solutions across Defence, MOD, and wider HMG environments. This role offers a base salary of up to £95,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You'll lead security architecture for complex programmes, ensuring compliance and best practices while advising stakeholders. The opportunity allows for impactful work on national security and defence programmes, requiring strong expertise in security frameworks and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Security Architecture, Cyber Security, or Information Assurance.
• Experience working within MOD, Defence, or HMG environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and risk management methodologies.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance (or already holding it).

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and risk management activities across complex programmes.
• Provide security guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support security accreditation, assurance, and compliance activities.
• Work closely with project teams to embed security throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Advise on NCSC guidance, HMG security policy, and industry best practices.
