Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within the Digital Engineering team in IS&T, supporting RS websites and strategic initiatives. You will coach teams, remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

You will work with Engineers, Engineering Managers and Product Owners to optimise ways of working, ensure adherence to Agile principles, manage sprint cadence, and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams in a remote UK setting.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Team Lead.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience with Jira or similar tools and using data to inform decisions.
Interpersonal skills to work across levels and geographies.
Demonstrated delivery leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Manage Digital Delivery through Scrum methodologies.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to optimize working methods.
Communicate sprint progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.
Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
Coach team members in Agile principles and practices.
Promote collaboration across teams to manage dependencies and bottlenecks.
Be a key contact for delivery-related stakeholder communication.
Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards.
Help development teams reach higher delivery maturity and agile adoption.
Foster a high-performing, self-organising team environment.
