• Track record of new business sales in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new customers across sea and air freight, LCL/FCL and customs brokerage.
• Build a strong, consistent new business pipeline via prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Present the company’s full service offering to senior decision-makers.
• Negotiate rates and terms in line with margin targets.
• Collaborate with operations and brokerage teams to ensure new accounts land smoothly.
• Own your pipeline and report through the CRM.
