Job summary

UniQuest seeks a Salesforce Admin & Developer to design, build and run our Salesforce platform across a growing multi-org estate. The role blends administration with declarative development, gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and delivering them using best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
• Support data model, security/sharing, and automation strategies within multi-org estates.
• Migrate legacy automation to Flow and participate in release management.
• Collaborate with developers and partners on Apex/Lightning work when needed.
• Maintain metadata with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and GitHub.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and standards.
