Job Description:

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a leading fintech company offering premium financial solutions tailored for UHNW and HNW individuals. Our client specializes in high-limit digital transactions, customizable financial management for families and businesses, and exclusive luxury payment solutions.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for client acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires a strategic sales professional with experience in fintech, private banking, or luxury financial services. The candidate will lead high-value client engagements, develop partnerships, and oversee the sales team to ensure strong market penetration. The person will report directly to the CBDO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies focused on HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and excellent service.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and mentor sales teams to meet performance targets.
  • Market Expansion: Drive growth initiatives in key markets.
  • Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel as needed, especially during the summer to seize market opportunities.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within fintech, banking, or luxury financial services.
  • Strong network of HNW/UHNW clients and family offices.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to manage and scale high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, others) are a plus.

Note: Client portfolio management is highly critical.

Remuneration

  • €100,000 EUR
  • Quarterly bonus – dependent on target achievement (TBD)
  • ESOP – after 1 year and proven sales results
