C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join a travel-focused team. You’ll manage a portfolio of travel partners, resolve queries, and drive business development with cross‑functional support.

The role involves training partners, attending events, and maintaining CRM records. A travel industry background and strong communication skills are essential. Hybrid working available, salary around £35k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Travel industry background essential; retail travel experience desirable.
• Experience in account management or travel agency management advantageous.
• Confident communicator with ability to network at events.
• Customer focused, positive, flexible and supportive approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels and working as part of a team.
• Commercially astute with drive to meet business targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of travel partners, resolving queries and offering proactive support.
• Assist new partners during early stages of joining the group, helping them establish and grow their business.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to provide solutions and business development support.
• Share updates on products, services and tools, delivering training and guidance where needed.
• Hold regular partner meetings at head office or other locations.
• Build strong relationships with partners and help resolve issues.
• Represent the company at trade events, workshops and industry shows.
• Maintain accurate records and engagement history within the CRM system.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to upskill partners.
• Support the wider team by answering calls and emails from partners.
