For 30 years, Jaguar Espresso has been an independent, leading supplier of coffee machines, parts and accessories to the UK Coffee industry. The business has built up valuable long-lasting relationships with over 3,000+ customers, supplying thousands of UK-based coffee roasters, catering equipment dealers, engineers and other businesses with a range of over 30,000+ products.

This is an exciting time for the business which is committed to maintaining its leadership position in the industry, with ambitious growth plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Remote Sales Manager to join our brilliant team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B/Distribution sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the coffee industry. The Remote Sales Manager will play a key role in maintaining and growing our customer base, developing new sales opportunities, and providing tailored support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coffee industry.
  • Provide product recommendations, advice and support to customers via phone, email, and video meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular updates, and contribute to sales forecasting.
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings or trade events when required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a B2B/Distribution sales role, ideally within the coffee, hospitality, or equipment sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Ability to understand technical product information and relay it clearly to customers.
