Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvements business, is expanding its sales and business development team. You’ll be trained quickly, know the products inside out, and confidently sell to customers in their homes or via our remote selling framework.

This is a self‑employed style role with uncapped earnings and an OTE of £75k‑£100k. We provide pre‑qualified leads, comprehensive training, and a supportive package to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• Proactive and results-driven with flexible workloads.
• Able to provide consistently high customer service.
• Ideally experience in Home Improvements or similar.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.
