Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvement business, invites self-motivated sales professionals to join as business development representatives. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads supplied by head office, visiting customers at home or via remote selling, and build your own client base.

This self-employed role offers uncapped earnings with an OTE of £75k-£100k, comprehensive training, and a supportive package to help you reach market-leading commissions.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!).
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.

Responsibilities

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilizing our new remote selling framework.
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate.
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.
