Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Release Train Engineer to serve as servant leader and coach for a complex Agile Release Train (ART) across multiple teams. You will promote SAFe best practices, drive program execution, and remove impediments to deliver value at scale.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to optimize delivery, use Agile metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with strategic objectives and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS or equivalent.
• 7+ years related experience including 5+ years in SAFe leadership.
• Extensive SAFe RTE/leadership experience in large-scale initiatives.
• Current SAFe RTE/SPC or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe program events and ART execution across teams.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners at all levels.
• Align strategic objectives with execution and roadmaps.
• Identify dependencies, risks and impediments and remove them.
• Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt and metrics.
