Job summary

4G Clinical is seeking a Study Project Lead to manage client support for the RTSM application after go-live. You will lead sponsor communications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful study health and timely responses.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of RTSM or clinical trial software support, a bachelor's degree, and strong interpersonal skills. This on-site position is based in Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software application support experience in clinical trial support or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for sponsor post go-live for RTSM application support and ensure apositive sponsor experience.
• Identify and resolve technical problems; coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Lead client support meetings, provide training and guidance on RTSM usage.
• Document configurations, changes, and testing steps; support validation and UAT activities.
• Delegate tasks within the team and monitor status, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Escalate sponsor requests and feedback to appropriate teams and drive continuous process improvements.
