Psicon Ltd. is seeking an experienced RMN to join our Risk & Safeguarding team as Lead for the adult pathway. You will provide specialist clinical advice, oversee risk processes and support safe, high-quality care across our autism and ADHD assessment/treatment services.

The role requires strong autonomy with complex cases, collaboration with the wider team, and availability for out-of-hours duty. Remote working is supported, with two Canterbury clinic days per month.

Qualifikationen

• Current registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Significant post-registration clinical experience with adults.
• Expertise in adult safeguarding, risk assessment and risk management.
• Experience advising colleagues and working with external agencies.
• Ability to participate in out-of-hours duty rota.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialist advice and leadership on clinical risk and safeguarding.
• Assess and respond to complex or escalating safeguarding concerns.
• Oversee, support and direct Risk & Safeguarding team members.
• Support triage and determine safest pathways for clients.
• Respond to escalations with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Assist decisions around referrals where needs exceed Psicon’s scope.
• Collaborate with clinicians, families, referrers and external agencies.
• Promote consistent clinical decision-making across adult and CYP pathways.
• Contribute to training, audits and quality improvement in safeguarding.
