Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to evaluate AI-generated answers on claims, denials, and payer operations and to write the guidance a seasoned revenue cycle professional would provide.

You will write prompts for scenarios, review AI outputs for denial reasons and remittance codes, and craft corrective answers grounded in day‑to‑day revenue cycle practice. This is a flexible, remote contractor role with weekly payouts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue cycle, claims, or health plan operations.
• Familiarity with denial and appeal workflows, remittance codes, and payer rules.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe revenue cycle scenarios: claim submission, eligibility and prior authorization, denial and appeal workflows, and remittance posting.
• Review AI output for wrong denial reasons, misread remittance codes, and payer rules that would not survive contact with a real plan, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in day‑to‑day revenue cycle operations.
