Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe documentation integrity: clinical validity, query opportunities, specificity, and present-on-admission and MS-DRG impact.
• Review AI output for documentation that does not support the code, missed queries, and HIPAA/privacy missteps; rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in CDI and health information practice.
