• Proven experience delivering retail fit-out, refurbishment or development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational, commercial and construction teams.
• Commercial mindset with demonstrated budget oversight and value delivery.
• Understanding of how physical environments influence customer experience, trading performance and efficiency.
• Ability to lead multiple projects across a diverse national portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between development and retail operations to ensure design and delivery balance customer experience and commercial performance.
• Own multiple projects from detailed design through practical completion with minimal disruption to trading.
• Deliver projects across refurbishments, extensions, redevelopments, food-to-go partnerships and customer journey improvements.
• Drive value, quality and speed of delivery while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams to modernise the national estate.
