Job summary

Bolt Insight is seeking a Research Director to lead end-to-end quantitative projects for global clients from design through reporting. You will guide junior researchers, own client relationships, and ensure rigorous AI-assisted research outputs.

Ideal candidates bring a strong quant foundation, comfort with MaxDiff, conjoint, and segmentation, and fluency in SPSS and advanced Excel. Remote UK or Turkey work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative foundation with ability to deliver advanced techniques independently (MaxDiff, conjoint, segmentation).
• Experience presenting clear, data-driven narratives to non-technical audiences.
• End-to-end project ownership from design to debrief and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle for global clients from methodology design to fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
• Lead client calls and proposals, maintaining ongoing relationships for repeat engagements.
• Design and execute quantitative studies to high standards and translate outputs into actionable insights.
