Job summary

Tamworth Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the Repairs Call Centre. This home-based role handles enquiries about repairs and maintenance for tenanted properties and corporate buildings via phone, web chat, email, or social media.

You will join a supportive team, work 37 hours per week on a temporary contract up to 12 months, with two days a month on site. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and proficient use of council systems.

• Work from home with attendances on site two days per month.
