CIMSPA seeks a Workforce Development Manager to drive regional workforce development across London and Essex. You will build partnerships with employers, education providers and strategic partners, delivering local skills plans and income growth through partnership opportunities.

This remote role involves travel within the region, occasional attendance at CIMSPA Head Office in Loughborough, and a fixed-term contract to March 2028. Salary: £40,030.95 per annum.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience generating income, achieving targets and growing partnerships.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience identifying opportunities to upsell and deepen engagement.
• Understanding of workforce development, skills planning or employability initiatives.
• Knowledge of local funding, devolution or regional skills priorities.
• Confidence presenting and facilitating workshops to diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational and CRM skills.
• Knowledge of the sport and physical activity sector and its workforce challenges.
