Job summary

Ormiston Academies Trust in the East of England is seeking a Regional People Partner to provide proactive HR leadership across a group of academies. The role is remote, covering Norwich, Ipswich and surrounding areas, with travel as needed.

You will lead on employee relations, advise on UK employment law, manage TUPE transfers, and work with the People partnering team on strategic projects. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience, ideally within a multi academy trust or public sector.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, including TUPE.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and cross-team partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead on employee relations casework and provide proactive HR support to academies.
• Work with the People partnering team on strategic HR projects and people planning.
• Advise on the Green Book and Burgundy Book frameworks within education settings.
