Job summary

DCV Technologies is seeking a Recruitment Adviser to manage end-to-end recruitment on a six-month fixed-term contract. This remote role with occasional travel to sites involves designing online assessment centres and partnering with hiring managers to attract and select top talent.

You will source candidates, oversee interviews and offers, and ensure compliant processes across multi-site campaigns while maintaining strong candidate communication and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience designing and delivering online assessment centres.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
• Experience working with hiring managers and building relationships.
• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage vacancies from advertising through onboarding handover.
• Support recruitment planning with hiring managers and candidate attraction.
• Source candidates via job boards, direct sourcing, referrals and agencies.
• Design and deliver online recruitment assessment centres for high-volume campaigns.
• Maintain candidate and stakeholder communication throughout the process.
• Monitor recruitment data and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and pre-employment checks.
• Share recruitment knowledge across the team.
