Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with sprinkler systems expertise to support projects across London and the wider region. The role offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement and a strong commercial focus on fire protection schemes.

You will manage tendering, valuations and final accounts while monitoring costs and margins. The position requires travel to sites and driving, with projects mainly in London and surrounding areas.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Essential experience in sprinkler systems or fire protection.
• Strong costing, valuations, variations and final accounts knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Manage commercial aspects from tender to final account.
• Prepare valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and profitability.
• Assess variations, compensation events and changes.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts and payments.
• Review contracts for commercial risks and margins.
• Provide cost reports and regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, clients and subcontractors.
