Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers to manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for fire sprinkler projects. The role requires coordinating with installation teams and offices, updating contract scope changes, and fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Projects range from £20k to £500k, with typical assignments within the M25 area. Remote work is allowed with site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in fire sprinklers.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry processes, materials and costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organised and detail oriented.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims and programme considerations.
• Liaising with installation team and the office to ensure each project runs smoothly.
• Updating any changes to the contract scope.
• Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Working on projects varying in size from £20k to £500k.
