Projects range from £20k to £500k, with typical assignments within the M25 area. Remote work is allowed with site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in fire sprinklers.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry processes, materials and costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organised and detail oriented.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims and programme considerations.
• Liaising with installation team and the office to ensure each project runs smoothly.
• Updating any changes to the contract scope.
• Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Working on projects varying in size from £20k to £500k.

The role of Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fire sprinkler projects
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers with:

• Must have Quantity Surveying experience within fire sprinklers
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Strong ability to work independently
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
