Job summary

Lookers is seeking a Quality Assurance Assessor to review finance and insurance sales, check deal files and interact with customers to understand experiences. You will assess mystery shop results, identify issues, and help drive process improvements across multiple dealerships.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work remotely within a hybrid setup, with occasional travel to Lookers dealerships.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of FCA requirements relevant to consumer finance and insurance.
• Confidence in making outbound customer calls and asking clear questions.
• Strong attention to detail across documents and systems.
• Ability to prioritise, switch between tasks and work efficiently without compromising accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a calm, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently as part of a remote team and respond to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review deal files, documents and system records for accuracy and completeness.
• Call customers to check understanding and experience of the sales process.
• Assess mystery shop visits and record evidence-based findings.
• Identify recurring issues and raise concerns affecting customer outcomes.
• Explain findings professionally to colleagues and help resolve queries.
• Manage workload across different tasks, systems and deadlines.
