• Experience writing and validating test cases.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing.
• Document defects with expected vs. actual results and track issues.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Retest fixes and verify no new issues are introduced.
• Document testing activities and outcomes per QA processes.
• Communicate progress, risks, defects, and resolutions to the team.
• Participate in requirements reviews to identify testing needs.
• Support ongoing testing standards and process improvements.
• Provide input on future system configurations from testing observations.
