Zusammenfassung

Spectrum.Life is expanding its Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner workforce to deliver Step 2 care remotely via telephone and video, supported by NICE-aligned governance and an evidence-based model. You will deliver LI-CBT interventions for adults with anxiety and depression, with supervision and a clear escalation pathway.

The role offers 2 weeks of paid training and a fully remote schedule, designed for clinicians with NHS Talking Therapies experience and BABCP/BPS registration.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified PWP with BPS-accredited PGCert or Graduate Certificate in LI Psychological Interventions
• Current BABCP or BPS registration
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification NHS Talking Therapies experience
• Proficiency with NICE-recommended LI-CBT protocols: BA, Graded Exposure, Worry Management, Problem-Solving, Panic Management, Sleep Improvement, Guided Self-Help

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based LI-CBT to adults with mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression
• Work fully remotely via telephone and video
• Conduct structured assessments and protocol-specific interventions
• Make stepped-care decisions within the four-step clinical model
