Job summary

Navigo in Grimsby is seeking a motivated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver low intensity CBT to individuals with mild to moderate mental health needs. You will assess, treat, and support recovery, working across office, GP surgeries and remote settings as required.

The role requires PWP qualification or equivalent, BABCP/BACP registration, and a commitment to evidence-based therapies within a stepped care framework. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Registered with BABCP or BACP or in process for BABCP/BACP registration.
• Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Care Mental Health (PWP) or equivalent.
• Relevant psychology/health-related degree and mental health knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat people with common mental health problems and support self-management.
• Deliver low intensity CBT interventions in various settings including groups, face-to-face and remote.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and maintain clinical records per service guidelines.
• Work within stepped care and address work/employment issues with NHS Employment Advisor.
