Job summary

Jla Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager / Transformation Leader to drive end-to-end service redesign within a large public-sector environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary transformation team and embed GDS-informed methodologies across the programme to ensure disciplined delivery from discovery through to implementation.

The role requires practical storytelling of transformation sequencing, strong governance, and the ability to manage dependencies across services,

Qualifications

• Significant Programme Management or Transformation leadership within Local Government/Central Government or Civil Service.
• Experience leading end-to-end service redesign and transformation.
• Ability to convert transformation methodology into practical, sequenced programmes.
• Strong knowledge of governance, dependencies, and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall programme leadership across a portfolio of complex service redesign and modernisation activity.
• Establish structure, sequencing and delivery rhythm for end-to-end transformation.
• Translate methodology into practical programme approaches that teams can execute.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide direction on responsibilities and deliverables.
