Job summary

Synergize Consulting Ltd is seeking a Content Designer to join a public sector programme on a contract basis with remote working. You will create, review and improve content across the end-to-end user journey, ensuring clarity, accessibility and user-focused outcomes.

You will collaborate with researchers, analysts, designers, developers and product managers to publish content and continuously test, refine and improve it using evidence and feedback. A SC security awareness is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, writing, reviewing and improving content for digital services.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear, concise content.
• Understanding of user-centred design and inclusive content practices.
• Experience using evidence, research, analytics or feedback to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements and inclusive content design.
• Ability to structure information logically and publish content.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and improve content to meet user needs across the end-to-end journey.

• Manage and publish content using content management systems throughout its life cycle.

• Plan and facilitate design sessions, gather feedback, develop and test solutions.
• Apply iterative, agile ways of working and refine content based on feedback.
• Contribute to content standards, style guides and reusable components.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and outcomes.
• Share knowledge and support others in developing content design practice.
