Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Policy & Management — AI Content Specialist. This fully remote, hourly contract role uses your public health expertise to shape how AI understands population health, epidemiology, and health policy across world-leading models.

You will design complex public health scenarios, author ground-truth solutions, audit AI outputs for accuracy and bias, and refine AI reasoning to clearly communicate health risks to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master of Public Health (MPH/MSPH) or related graduate degree.
• Strong knowledge in at least two: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
• Ability to translate complex health data into clear, actionable writing.
• Detail-oriented with precise statistics and citations.

Responsibilities

• Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Build advanced challenge problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and biostatistical interpretation to rigorously test AI reasoning
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write detailed, evidence-based responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines (CDC, WHO, and others)
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical consistency, and adherence to ethical standards
• Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and serve diverse populations equitably
