Job summary

Alignerr, a remote-first partner to AI research teams, seeks a Population Health Informaticist for AI training projects. You will evaluate AI-generated analyses on population health data, build dashboards and pipelines, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

The role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and independent work on a freelance basis. Ideal candidates have hands-on healthcare datasets experience, strong data visualization skills, and comfort communicating complex results

What You'll Do

• Apply your population health expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated analyses, outputs, and recommendations
• Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving health outcomes
• Design and review dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support health monitoring, surveillance, and decision-making
• Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies and data‑driven recommendations
• Provide structured feedback on the accuracy, relevance, and quality of AI outputs in public health contexts
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Hands‑on experience working with healthcare, public health, or population‑level datasets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large‑scale health data
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools — dashboards, pipelines, and surveillance frameworks
• Skilled at communicating complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data quality

Nice to Have
