Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Proposal Tools Analyst to consolidate multiple sales tools into one platform by defining a prioritized, testable set of requirements. You will document tool estates, data sources, and assumptions, turning findings into a single requirements catalogue for the build team.

You will also drive retirement of legacy tools, ensuring coverage by the new platform and alignment with field needs, while coordinating with Global Value Management on TCO, cash flow and P&L considerations.

Qualifications

• Business analysis experience delivering system requirements for business-facing platforms, including consolidation or retirement of tools.
• Product management experience, ideally as a product owner, collaborating with product owners as a peer.
• Strong elicitation skills with tool owners who may resist retirement.
• Ability to reverse-engineer and document tools with limited documentation, including spreadsheet models.
• Strong requirements skills: scope, process and data flows, traceability and change control.
• Experience working with testing teams through to formal business sign-off.
• Experience in a sales organization and its systems, ideally Salesforce and CPQ.
• The credibility to challenge requests and determine readiness for retirement.

Responsibilities

• Understand the tool estate and document scope, data, users, and outputs.
• Define a single set of system requirements for the build team and alignment with testing.
• Retire old tools safely once the new platform meets field needs.
• Build on the Apollo dashboard inventory with detailed tool records and data sources.
• Trace data sources, assumptions and hard-coded values; flag overlaps and gaps.
• Convert field needs into testable requirements for the prototype.
• Document TCO, cash flow and P&L requirements with Global Value Management.
• Collaborate with the Business Platform Owner and DTG to plan retirements.
