Job summary

Medical Research Network is seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver clinical trial projects on time and within budget, following ICH GCP and applicable regulations. The role involves coordinating across Operations, Nursing, Contracts Management, Pharmacy and Quality teams to ensure successful study delivery.

You will manage project plans, risks, and milestones, collaborating with PMO and sponsors, while maintaining rigorous governance and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years (4‑5 years desirable) experience in sponsor/CRO or site clinical research.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritise a complex workload.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and matrix management.
• Experience planning and delivering projects on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MRN projects on time and within budget, and in accordance with international laws and guidelines.
• Provide accurate and timely information on project performance to PMO, PMGH, PD, PM, clients and sponsors.
• Create and implement individual project plans including risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Drive cross-functional project activities and use study metrics to track progress and report risks.
