Job summary

Clinical Ink is seeking a Project Manager II to join our remote Project Management team to support assigned projects, manage the full lifecycle, and coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver flawless project deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in clinical trials project management, experience leading global programs, and working knowledge of data collection systems, GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations. This role offers remote UK work with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant clinical trials experience within a Clinical Research Site, CRO or eClinical service provider in a project management role or equivalent.
• 2+ years of project management experience working on global projects and managing cross-functional teams; includes sole responsibility for project delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience working in data collection and management systems.
• Working knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and methodology.
• Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and relevant FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for Clinical Ink customers, managing scope, budget, delivery, change control and reporting.
• Overall management and oversight of large complex clinical studies and/or programs.
• Development and management of detailed project plans, including timelines, communication, training, data transfer and implementation plans.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and facilitate requirements gathering with customers.
• Ensure all functional leads and project team members understand their roles and requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor and track project progress and provide status reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Deliver investigator meeting presentations that demonstrate solid comprehension of protocol and use of the Clinical Ink platform.
• Conduct training sessions with site staff and monitors/CRAs as required.
• Support business development activities, including bid defense presentations, as required.
• Disseminate all customer information accurately and promptly to all relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring actions are understood and agreed upon.
• Mentor other project managers or associate project managers who are newly hired.
• Perform other activities as required to ensure overall project and company success.
