OSBORNE APPOINTMENTS LIMITED is recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing team in Elstree or Farringdon. You’ll manage projects across content, live, digital and experiential, taking ownership of client relationships, timelines, documentation and delivery from brief to wrap. Location: Elstree or Farringdon.

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home). You’ll work with Senior Project Managers and Producers to ensure on-brief, on-brand delivery while protecting

Qualifikationen

• Proven project or account management experience within a creative, content, PR or production agency.
• Experience delivering content, live, digital, event and/or experiential projects.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Mandarin-speaking skills would be an advantage.
• Experience managing budgets, scope and financial performance.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope.
• Build strong client relationships and lead project communications, meetings and feedback.
• Coordinate deliverables with Producers; manage schedules and production workflows.
• Ensure POs and commercial documentation are agreed before projects begin.
• Support budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and account growth.

OA is recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing team in Elstree or Farringdon.

You’ll manage projects across content, live, digital and experiential, taking ownership of client relationships, timelines, documentation and delivery from brief to wrap. Working alongside Senior Project Managers and Producers, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly, clients are kept informed and work is delivered on time, on budget and to the required standard. You’ll also help identify account growth opportunities, with scope to progress to Senior Project Manager.

Location: Elstree or Farringdon

• Manage CDAs, SOWs, project trackers and commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate project timelines, trackers and payment plans.
• Ensure POs and commercial documentation are agreed before projects begin.
• Manage scope changes and client feedback, protecting project margins and quality.
• Support budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure all work is on-brief, on-brand and delivered to the required standard.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and account growth.
• Collaborate with creative, content, live and post-production teams.
• Follow project processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Experience managing marketing projects across film, photography, design or other creative outputs.
• Mandarin-speaking skills would be an advantage.
• Proven project or account management experience within a creative, content, PR or production agency.
