HIRANI seeks a Project Lead for NICPLD Digital Infrastructure to develop and project manage digital priorities. The role is primarily home-based with access to Belfast offices and occasional in-person attendance. The post is full-time, with possible 0.6 FTE consideration.

Essential criteria include degrees in CS or related fields, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in development, and strong SQL/CS skills. You will work across departments to deliver learning programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related field or equivalent with strong coding background.
• 5+ years in a developer role, with evidence of project work.
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Foundation).
• Experience developing with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical staff.
