Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cost Analyst to support project budgeting and cost control. You will monitor budgets, track expenditures, and assist in cost reporting, ensuring data accuracy for audits and reviews.

You will collaborate with senior cost controllers and project managers to deliver timely updates and maintain cost documentation. The role requires proficiency in Excel and experience with financial data management, while offering hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, PM, engineering) or working towards professional certifications.
• Some experience in finance, project support, or similar roles is beneficial.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of financial software and tools used for cost tracking and reporting, such as Excel or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets and ensure costs align with forecasts.
• Collect and maintain data related to expenditures and transactions.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, including variance analyses and forecasts.
• Maintain organized records for audits and project reviews.
• Support creation and updating of cost documentation (change orders, POs, contracts).
