The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Progress Coach specializing in Greenkeeping & Sportsturf to support apprentices across our programmes. This full-time, permanent role is remote, with occasional campus visits as needed to support learners and employers.
Key duties include remote visits, assessments, and progress reviews to ensure timely apprenticeship progression and EPA readiness. Applicants should have Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent) and a background in
Qualificações
- Must have Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting apprentices and employers, working with EPAOs.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor off-the-job training hours and use technology to track progress.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee a caseload of Greenkeeping & Sportsturf apprentices.
- Conduct remote visits, assessments and progress reviews.
- Support apprentices through End Point Assessment Gateway.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection policies.
