Job summary

Jagex: The RuneScape Company is seeking a Programme Manager in Cambridge to lead the Player Value & Subscriptions Programme. This role focuses on transforming our subscription platform to enhance player value across RuneScape.

You will coordinate teams to ensure cohesive delivery and drive new revenue levers across the business. The position offers flexible working options and a strong commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes to time, quality and budget in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across technical, commercial and product teams.
• Familiarity with subscription platforms or payment systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Player Value & Subscriptions programme.
• Drive the transformation of Jagex's subscription platform.
• Coordinate teams to ensure complex moving parts are connected and delivered.
