Job summary

Modis is seeking a Programme Assurance Lead in the UK. The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to the Midlands head office and other UK locations.

You will own first-line assurance activities for the programme and coordinate second/third line efforts, including modelling assurance and governance coordination. We require proven experience in assurance management, programme delivery frameworks, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading assurance management, programme management, audit and risk management.
• Technical experience of working on assurance for modelling.
• Strong understanding of programme and project delivery frameworks.
• Experience applying or assuring against Green Book guidance.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and report-writing skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale business assurance activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own first-line assurance activity within the programme and coordinate second/third line activities.
• Collaborate with Strategic colleagues to coordinate assurance across plans.
• Manage assurance deliverables, controls, governance and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders, provide assurance findings and recommendations.
• Support change management and ensure compliance with policies.
