• Experience owning business metrics such as revenue, turnover, or net profit.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer journey end-to-end, from registration to long-term interactions.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel.
• Explore product analytics using AI-powered tools and validate insights.
• Translate findings into hypotheses and actionable opportunities.
• Write product briefs and drive initiatives through specs, prototyping, development and release.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and designers to deliver improvements.
