Job summary

TXP is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a major Central Government digital programme, delivering critical services across government platforms.

This remote role includes occasional travel to Telford, with a daily rate of £530 Inside IR35, and a contract until 31 March 2027 with potential rolling extensions. You will own backlog, collaborate with delivery managers, and ensure delivery meets user needs while aligning with GDS standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, defining and prioritising user stories aligned to programme outcomes.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed acceptance criteria and business/user needs.
• Work closely with Delivery Managers to ensure plans, milestones and outputs are achieved.
• Engage with Central Government, delivery partner and programme stakeholders to capture requirements and manage expectations.
• Translate business requirements into clear product deliverables and use data/feedback to shape direction.
