Job summary

TXP Technology x People is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join a Data Migration team supporting a major Government/Public Sector transformation programme. The role is remote with occasional travel to client sites, offering up to £468 per day on a 6-month rolling contract and BPSS clearance.

You will own delivery across key migration workstreams, coordinate technical and business teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Proven Delivery Manager experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong experience delivering data migration projects.
• Experience managing technical teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong experience managing risks, dependencies and delivery reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across data migration activities, ensuring scope, milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Manage delivery plans, RAID logs, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts and Test teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide effective delivery governance.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues and blockers.
• Manage stakeholder communications across internal teams, the client and third-party suppliers.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to programme leadership.
• Support planning, release management and transition activities.
