You will map payment landscapes, evaluate partners, and deliver a seamless in‑app buy and swap experience. This role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships, requiring 5+ years in financial product management and 3+ years in DeFi or crypto, plus strong collaboration with engineering, expansion teams, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial product management.
• 3+ years in DeFi or crypto product management.
• Understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features.
• Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp providers.

Responsibilities

• Define buy/swap strategy for USDT/XAUT in Wallet.
• Map payment landscape per market and select partners.
• Lead partner onboarding and contracts.
• Translate capabilities into product requirements and drive delivery.
• Define routing logic for best options per market.
